The project aimed to provide an in-depth analysis of regulated professions in Georgia and valuable insights into the current and future regulatory framework. The study was conducted to determine the current landscape of regulated professions under national legislation or international standards/conventions and evaluate the evolving requirements for specific occupations and their compatibility with the national occupational and educational standards. The study identified the existing legislation and professional regulatory framework, including the identification of professions currently undertaking the regulatory process and reflecting ongoing efforts to broaden and strengthen the regulatory scope.
