Development of Product and Service Strategy and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
The objective of this project was to develop a product and service strategy and key performance indicators for Socar Georgia Petroleum. On the first stage of the project, comprehensive analysis of the fuel market was performed. Together with its partner company, PMO analyzed the needs of the target segment, competition challenges and new brand positioning. Based on the analysis, the vision and strategy for the next 3-5 years was defined. On the final stage of the project, the success measurement criteria of certain strategic initiatives were identified and strategic KPIs were developed.
Socar is a multinational company, which operates in six countries. Socar Georgia Petroleum entered the Georgian market in 2006 and currently is one of the largest contributors to the state budget of Georgia.
