Strategy and Business Plan Development
The aim of the project was to create a strategy and business plan for Akhtala mud rehabilitation resort in Georgia. Within this project PMO analyzed the Georgian tourism market and created a development strategy for the resort. Project investment amount is 7,000,000 USD that covers rehabilitation and development costs of 16-hectare resort. The document is intended for a potential investor, willing to develop the volcanic origin resort in Akhtala.
