Study on current crisis management practice in selected municipalities of Georgia, elaboration of respective recommendations and guideline
Main objective of the project is to evaluate crisis management practice in 12 municipalities of Georgia and identify institutional, legislative and capacity development needs for establishment of the effective crisis response practice within the municipalities, including the timely identification of needs during crisis situation, coordination and communication at different government level, as well as public communication during crisis situation. As a result of the study the Crisis Response Guideline and Crisis Response Plan will be developed, which provide practical recommendations for municipalities to deal with the global and local-level crisis situations.
