Support facilitation of the organizational development
The project, aimed to improve the "Caucasus Network for Sustainable Development of Mountain Regions" internal procedures, policies, financial management processes, standards, and support to increase fundraising effectiveness and cooperation with donors, as well as increase the income sources of the organization. The project consisted of two components: (1) Support for the systematization of fundraising efforts and formulation of a policy (guiding documents) of Sustainable Caucasus to increase the effectiveness of the fundraising process; (2) Support for the introduction of a Full Cost Recovery (FCR) model.
Within the first component, PMO supported enhancing the organization's fundraising capacity by evaluating existing fundraising practices, identifying potential income sources, establishing streamlined procedures and processes for identifying potential fundraising opportunities, and attracting required funding for achieving the organization's objectives. The Second part of the project included support for the introduction of a Full Cost Recovery (FCR) aimed to improve Sustainable Caucasus's internal financial management processes and procedures, aligning them with the organizational development goals and supporting the increased fundraising effectiveness and cooperation with donors. The outputs produced in the frames of the project contributed to improving Sustainable Caucasus's organizational performance, increasing its visibility, and supporting overall sustainability through improved Fundraising and effective financial management within the organization.
