The Cost-Benefit Analyzes of Economic Reforms: Law on Valuation Regulation
The project aimed to conduct a cost-benefit analysis to assess the anticipated impact of the proposed law of valuation regulation and the potential costs and benefits. The Cost-Benefit Analysis focused on evaluating the effects of changes made to the regulatory structure on the valuation industry and the overall economy and determining the anticipated consequences of the draft law on different stakeholders. The CBA methodology involved analyzing secondary data related to sector-specific indicators and conducting consultations and surveys with relevant stakeholders to assess the sector's current state. Additional data was collected to aid in evaluating the costs and benefits associated with the proposed legislation. As a result, the evaluation included an analysis of the projected costs and benefits between 2023 and 2033, as well as their distribution among various stakeholders.
