Workshop on Business Process Optimization
PMO with the sponsorship of Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) conducted trainings and workshop on Business Process Optimization for the representatives of the Ministry of Finance. The workshop discussed the principles and concepts that we use in order to increase efficiency of organizations, where gaps in the organization are easily identified and addressed. The focus of the workshop was the identification and optimization of the business processes that bridge the gap between an organization’s strategy and its individuals. PMO together with the representatives of the Ministry of Finance discussed the problems and challenges that an organization faces in terms of processes and introduced the techniques and tools on how to address these problems. In the course of the workshop, PMO also identified and mapped several existing business processes and optimized them with the assistance of MOF employees.
